Our renovation of the New York flagship townhouse for the Italian lingerie boutique La Perla included two office floors and a showroom located above the two retail floors. We helped the company maximize efficiency and productivity with a largely open office design and selected elegant, budget-friendly furniture systems to complete the space. Additionally, we inserted new mechanical and fire protection systems through the five story building without interrupting business at the retail levels.
